When reporting a problem, it helps to include your iPhone model, iOS version, the puzzle or Daily Challenge involved, and a quick description of what happened.
A few quick things to try
If something looks temporarily stuck, closing and reopening NimoWords is a good first step. If a Daily Challenge appears unavailable, also check that your iPhone’s date and time are set correctly.
Spotted a word?
Word lists are surprisingly slippery things. If you’ve found a perfectly reasonable word that NimoWords doesn’t recognise, feel free to send it over along with the puzzle you found it in.
